im a senior girl and both of these frats have been "living off their names" the most of time I've been in college. yes they are definitely top tier but I dont see how they can be the undisputed top of the top when there are other equally great houses like ATO, Pike,Phi delt and Beta (even though no hoco pair haaaa)
even the Sigma Chis and SAEs know that girls don't have fun at their parties
