i want the opinion on a nice, drama free sorority.

FYI. I prefed at XO this past fall, ended up at a top house. YOU must crazy to think the top tiers are losing PNM's to XO. IT is just the opposite.... we go the top houses, over XO.... PNMS will chose ADPI, ZTA, DDD, KA OVER XO. PERIOD. KEEP ON DREAMING XO....IF IT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER.

XO is so over rated. Most boring house I went to during rush. Could not get out of there fast enough. I think it is so funny that XO thinks they think they are getting PNM's from the top tiers. What a joke. I am not even in a top house, but I can guarantee that PNM's will take the top houses over XO(big heads) any damn day of the week. XO bottom of the middle tier. Theta better than XO too.

I'd say gamma phi would be the best option out of the lower tiers..there are a decent amount of cute girls

What do you mean gamma phi hasn't done anything they are pretty involved in philanthropies? Yeah they haven't done anything magnificent, but it's not that difficult to be more social/fun/involved than the other bottom tiers

Avoid the top houses- you said pretty, they are in the beautiful category and are more drama. I agree AOII if you can get a bid from them. Or maybe Pi Phi. If not that high then XO has some beautiful girls even if they have a reputation as boring (but def drama free) AXO is a good choice for drama free- they always have some pretty girls and never hear any drama from them. If you have to go lower give SK a shot-not a usual choice but with the new house they are predicted to have a better pc than the other 3 lower tiers.
