dues

Hi i really need some honest help! If people could give me accurate numbers on how much dues are for the different chapters i would appreciate it a lot. I saw the range online but 2000 and 4000 are very different numbers! could someone help me out please?

if you go to the rush orientation it lists how much each chapter dues are fyi

those other discussions are not helpful. and no, they don't disclose that at orientation... i think the poster is asking people from different sororities to state their sorority and their dues since it's anonymous and not awkward

Please do not go thru rush if you can not afford it. Plan on spending 5k the first year, at the least.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER OR NOT I CAN AFFORD IT IF NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHAT THE DUES ARE SPECIFICALLY. STOP BEING VAGUE AND ANNOYING. AND YES I REALIZE THIS IS IN ALL CAPS, DEAL WITH IT.

See how these kids responded? Prepare to deal with that for the next year at least :)
Drop the idea, save your money and do something productive with your life. But just to actually help, every greek has different dues, which are based upon the house, meal plan, and whatever extras they want to have you pay for up front. So, heres a vague number, but should be right in the ball park: around 2500 for each semester (but those are freshman dues, they are higher then upperclassman dues, only god knows why...) Now, like i said that is very vague, but plan to spend AT LEAST that amount, of not more, maybe less. Again, these are greeks responding, this is how they treat eachother
