About SK rising, I highly doubt that their new house will make them rise that much. They have been around for a while and have moved very little from their rank in tiers so I feel like a house would not affect where they stand. Also don't girls join sororities based on the quality/connections with girls, not on how nice their living establishment is? Not saying it's completely impossible for them to rise, but I'm excited to see what happens!
