Why is chi o so low on the tier ranking? I feel like they're so picky about their girls and a lot to girls in top tiers prefed there too so why are they so low

No, it's because they're super relaxed as a whole. ADPI is conservative and uptight as hell and they're still "top"

I feel the same way, so many of those girls pref at top houses and would fit in there as well. However they're definitely more "girl next door" personalities and don't party a whole lot.... so that's my take

my roommates in chi o and she prefed my "top their" sorority with me but went chi o and I think its cause they're more chill. We have to announce to go on date functions and they just can if they want to. We have to be at recruitment filming to go on date functions and for them they can if they want to. They don't have to get as many points to go on things and I feel like they just hang out more than care about their reputation but are still full of great good looking girls so they still have a good rep.
