how is pike here?

I'm a pike from a different college and may be transferring here in the fall. Just was wondering how they were here?

They are top tier here in the opinion of most people. Supper Athletic and they have good parties. About half are extremely supper nice/cool guys. and the other half is douchy but not too terrible. Overall, there a purtttty good frat.

Hated by most guys because girls love them. I'm sure it's a pretty sweet gig to be in Pike though.
