From what I've gathered, the current rankings are approximately as follows:

ADPI
ZTA
KD
DDD
AOPI
DG
Theta
Pi Phi
DZ
ChiO
Deeph
AXO
KKG
GPHI
SK
Phi Mu
AEPhi

Gamma phi might be a bit lower? DG might be higher? Idk I'm not an expert this is just what I've seen.
