just a thought
by: hmcan we talk about how our greek system is completely run by fraternity men? the fact that a sorority can raise tons of money for their philanthropy and be involved in almost every Greek event on campus yet is middle/bottom tier because fraternity guys don't see them as attractive or want to party with them is ridiculous. the funny thing is that this doesn't happen at other schools, even UGA or Bama. there are different types of girls in EVERY sorority. sure, there are some that have more attractive girls than others. some are more involved. some are smarter. but at the end of the day, every Greek member should be valued equally because they're awesome.

I know, it's outrageous to be honest. The inequality between sororities and fraternities is ridiculous too. IFC should be held to the same standards as panhellenic, yet they seem to be able to do what ever they want with almost no consequences. For example, the fact that they can still drink at philanthropies is awful. That should never have been at thing in the first place.

IFC basically attacks fraternities for the smallest things and don't need or look for evidence before carrying out their punishment. There are a lot of consequences, you just don't see them.
