social media
by: SisterhoodTo all the houses that preach sisterhood loud for everyone to hear, at least act that you like each other on social media... When I go on a sister's Insta and she has less than 100 likes on a picture (but there's over 100 girls in her sorority...) do you think I, or any PNM, thinks "wow her sisters are so supportive and amazing friends"? Whenever people see 40 likes on a sister's profile picture Facebook, your lack of sisterhood shows through, at least pretend it's real and present in your chapter.

Maybe some people are so concerned about their image on social media... Did you ever think about that? There is more to life and more to sisterhood. For all you know, a lack of "likes" on social media could be indicative of a thriving REAL life.
Just something to think about.

To me sisterhood is calling up a friend to help you when you twist your ankle. It's going out and hanging out with the same amount of laughter and fun. It's opening up about your worries and doubts. Mostly it's having people to turn to for every part of your life and being there in return.
It's not about a number of clicks a picture gets.

How dare sisters be concerned about their own social media...shouldn't sisters be concerned about bringing each other up and not tearing them down? Newsflash, having sisters with bad social media bleeds into the chapter's social media as a whole.
