Had fun at their summer b parties. They aren't your typical frat guys, more like good boys. They're charming, nice, intellectual, and cute in a dorky kind of way.

Why are they ranked so low? They're one of the best fraternities on campus.

They are top tier, but theyre also one of the most hated fraternities (by guys) for whatever reason. Theyve moved up a lot in rankings these past few years so its probably just jealously. They party and have socials with all the top sororities so take that for what its worth
