What all do they look for in people? What gpa do you need? Is the retention rate actually bad?

Same as any other sorority. Sharp appearance, lots of extracurriculars, every group's GPA is different, and personality (this one the most). However, if you go into recruitment with your heart set on one sorority, you will be disappointed. Keep your options open
