I was visiting my boyfriend at Hampden-Sydney and was really excited to meet some of the KD girls. As a fellow KD, I am disappointed in how poor they acted towards me. I didn't expect for them to bow down to me, but it certainly would've been nice if they acknowledged my presence. It seems like they only care about themselves, and it's disgusting. I know I am more than welcoming to KD girls from other schools that come to Virginia Tech. I would not call these girls a sisterhood.

I went out with them as PNM and they only hang at sydney. from what i can tell so far they recruit friend groups and bid promise girls. ive heard about the gym hours and "paddle" but what really made me upset with them was hearing them talk poorly about ZTA and ASA when i was out with kd. They preach go greek, but only want you to go kd. It only makes them look worse talking bad about other chapters.

I went to a few date functions with someone in kappa sigma as a senior in high school before I made my college decision and these girls basically implied that I would be guaranteed a bid if I went to Longwood and rushed their sorority and then ghosted me when I decided to go somewhere else

It wasn't until I actually joined a sorority did I realize that this wasn't ok at all and you can get into a lot of trouble for it

Although they are more or less considered top tier since they are an Alpha chapter, they have some sketchy recruitment processes.
