How and when does Continuous Open Bidding occur? And do the new PNMs get the same stuff as PNMs who rush during the Spring? Is there still a Big/Little reveal? Thanks!

Everything is the same when you join. It occurs for anyone with at least 15 credits and its for sororities who have not met the quota. There is a big little reveal, and you get to do the same things. It is not different except you get a more relaxed "rush"
