Been on campus for like 4 years and are already the best fraternity. Even after losing their house they still pull the hottest girls and have awesome parties.

Parties went downhill since no one knows where their house is. Good on campus involvement. Overall, Pike is kind of a nice retirement home for high school athletes that can't read.
