Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rowan University - RU 4.0 Definitely on the rise. Upper mid tier if you wanted to place them. Sweet & nice guys, great brotherhood, & even better parties! I think with their new houses next year will definitely have them compete with top tier frats.

This guy literally is a skull knob sucker, comments on the same day and about the same time on multiple frats downrating everyone and upping skulls. Thanks for proving all you guys do is use this site.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Rowan University - RU 5.0 Although I did not make it past rush week with them, I have nothing bad to say about them. They are really good people. I got really drunk at one of their parties and they were there helping me. These guys are so nice. I really enjoyed hanging out with them. They always have smiles on their faces. Almost as if they are allergic to being anything but happy. I am grateful that they even considered me. One of them still keeps in touch with me. Also these guys are very muscular and easy on the eyes: not relevant but worth mentioning. They are not judgmental people at all.
