Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority Ratings at KU

They don’t have a good sisterhood half the new members drop. Overall not very well known on campus just the girls that want to be in a sorority for the letters. Also very expensive to be in.

Amazing group of girls. Sure they aren’t as involved as they would like to be on campus with such a small amount of active sisters but they really do try to be more involved. This group of girls may not be the most popular but they are the nicest and most genuine group of diverse people you’ll meet in Greek life. Most girls in the sorority I’ve had classes with have said they wanted to join something and didn’t care about rank or popularity. They go out have fun/party just like any other sorority, yeah not all of them go out because they aren’t forced to if you don’t want to unlike other sororities which is why I want to rush this semester.

Best chapter ever!! Everyone is so different from each other and we all get along so well. We love hanging out and going out as groups

This is a very friendly chapter and they accept everyone! Definitely the sorority to pick if you want to be liked by everyone that’s surrounding you and get involved!

During rush they just did not present themselves good they were awkward and they don’t seem like they’re all that close. Overall just not a very popular sorority many girls were upset that they received a bid from them.

literally almost dropped recruitment last semester because i kept getting invited back to them 💀💀 the girls act like they’ve never spoken to another person in their lives before and the zooms were just DEEPLY uncomfortable and awkward af, not to mention seeing them still desperately trying to get new members is lowkey embarrassing

All very sweet girls but also very awkward. It’s not that they’re a bad sorority, they all seem close, but they’re hard to find something in common with. Not a common sorority.

How many members do they even have?Rarely see them on campus and unlike other sororities, it seems this one is the least popular since they’re never out and doing anything. It also seems like a majority end up dropping it and they’re already losing a big amount of seniors..

Been attending ku for only a year and before I came I was told how to never join this sorority. I didn’t wanna judge them before but when I went through recruitment and was in that room, it was just as what people had described. I had such odd conversations which each girl since there was such a small amount of them and there were just weird things they asked.Had no clue how I got invited back but I went to three of their rounds to see if anything better came out of them but nothing did. It really crushed my whole experience since I loved all the other sororities and just wanted to get a bid from them....I’m sure they’re nice people and everything but I just could not fit in or see myself being in there at all

I hate to say this but I have to speak the truth...theta has the worst sisterhood on campus! They have completely ruined this chapter and as I’ve read other comments on them here, it’s so true that no one wants to be in their sorority. During the past fall recruitments I’ve had so many girls so disappointed that they got matched with them. Might be best for them to think to not do fall this year cause I mean come on they should finally come to their senses that hardly anyone wants to get a bid from them these past few years and should rethink how upset the pnms get...
