Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Kutztown University - KU 3.6 The girls of delta Phi epsilon are a great group when you get to know them. They do have some cliques but what big group doesn't. As much as people put them down they are doing a great job for being so new on campus. They are so envolved with different activities and do so much with each other. Truly a great group of people.
