best fraternity? unbiased please

Coming here in the fall and I've been to a few kappa Sig and felt parties it seems to me like kappa sigs throw better parties but I'm wondering who is best all around or if there are any other fraternities that throw better parties? I'm open minded not looking for hate on other fraternities.
