This is based on the amount of ratings they have...which to me means that people care enough or have heard of them enough to rate them, which is all that matters:

Top 5:
Pi Phi-295 ratings
Chi Omega-288 ratings
Delta Delta Delta-254 ratings
Alpha Xi Delta-254 ratings
Kappa Delta-214 ratings

second tier:
Kappa Kappa Gamma- 212 ratings
Gamma Phi Beta: 169 ratings

anything under 100 ratings isn't worth commenting on and doesn't really stand against these houses.

houses with extremely high numbers are self rankers. Based on recruitment numbers and houses that needed buffer parties, the strongest houses are chi o, gamma phi, and tri delt with adpi and kkg close behind. Also, kd and zeta had a great recruitment this year and continue to improve.

Kappa is known to self promote because that's the only way they will be noticed. Chio, Gamma phi, tridelt and pi phi are great houses and don't need to self promote.
