Where do I even start with these guysā¦. I was interested in rushing and they showed me the best party Iāve ever been to. Super friendly and chill guys. They are all very close and really felt like a brotherhood. Awesome house on a hill with basically a perfect setup for a fraternity with space to play games and a large parking lot. 10/10 would reccomend!

Great group of guys, very friendly and welcoming during the rush process.I had a fantastic experience with this great group of guys. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the rush process, making everything feel comfortable and enjoyable. Their positive attitude truly made a difference!

Im in sae and just wanted to say these guys actually made a solid name for themselves this year. Great frat to party with and havent seen any issues from these guys. I honestly cant think of any other frat that doesnt have beef.

These guys are awesome! They throw the best parties, amazing to hang out with, pretty involved around campus and overall great guys. I feel safe when Iām at Pikapp! Definitely top house!

They are pretty involved and have really good parties. Would like to see a little more variety with the sororities though, they only seem to care about one specific one. Overall decent guys for the most part, of course there's always a few bad apples in each bunch.

This house is literally the best house on campus. The improvement the last year has been mind blowing. Pikapp is the house to be at! A house I actually feel fine leaving my drink around any of them š«¶ these boys deserve the world and more. Best parties by a MILE, best house, best looking, LEGIT THEY HAVE IT ALL. 1 year can change a lot and boy did these boys do that. I will forever love these men for making me feel safe and having a great time š
