One of, if not the best houses that I have been to at KSU, the guys are so nice and friendly, the house is by far the nicest on campus, they are frequently top 5 in grades and they know how to have fun!

Their parties are not fun. You stand in a empty hot dark house with cheap beer or terrible jungle juice. The boys either ignore you or just want to get in your pants. My first hand experiences with phi delts have been anything but positive.

Honestly a great group of guys. Been to phi delt parties plenty of times and never felt uncomfortable or sketched out. Their parties aren't always the most fun but you can tell they have a great brotherhood and are really friendly!
