They’re probably like upper bottom. They social mostly with chi o axo and some others, maybe SK at most. But they’re getting better PCs and gaining a better reputation. They’ll have a house on campus next fall which will probably help them get some broader audiences and help them move up

Sig chi boys have a super close brotherhood and their gym is a literal wonder worker. They’re fun, ok dj, but super involved. Loosing their house might do some damage but I still like them

Lambda def has to get some cuter guys but they’re super fun no matter what. It would be nice if they put a little more effort into Greek week but they have such great personalities and are fun to party with

These girls have been bottom for a while but you can see the effort they’ve put into their rush and it’s paying off. Their socials def have to get better but it’s looking more and more possible. They have had huge PC’s and they put a ton of work into their themes. They’ve always been big party girls with lower tier frats but I can easily see them moving up to mid this fall

Came back from suspension less than 2 years ago and has been growing ever since. Their 2027 and 2028 guys are outstanding and truly care about the brotherhood. Just got a large portion of the old Fiji house, and really wouldn’t be surprised if they rise soon. As of this year they’ve made solid connections with both AXO and chi o, and have a solid group of regulars. Their pcs this year have been outstanding, and with a good fall rush these guys could pull it all together. Arguably better than AEPI and chasing TDX and TEP, don’t be shocked if these guys are upper middle within a year.
