I'll give them the middle tier status because they are improving. A few years back though was rock bottom. I'll tell you this: if they hammer out some solid pledge classes down the road, they'll be a threat. They're like an investment for the future and something you can help build up if you're interested in that kind of stuff.

I think Phi Mu and Zeta are tied because they equal out in strengths and weaknesses. While Phi Mu has the hotter girls (but only by a small margin), Zeta beats them out in campus influence (but only by a small margin). I always likes these women. Fun, smart, and know how to make the college experience worth the while.
