Rush Tips? For my little brother

my brother is an incoming freshman at iowa and im a senior and been out of the frat scene for awhile. What are good houses to rush next fall and what are the ones he shouldnt rush?

Any frat that has a house, try to attend a pre-rush event. Will give you more realistic vibe of frat without it feeling like speed dating during rush. Pick where you feel most comfortable

he should rush whatever frat he vibes with the most, but the best frats are phi psi, sig ep, pi kapp, and sig pi

Pi kapp is not good and sig pi is in trouble of Sigma Nu pulls a good class next fall
