Why is Adpi a bottom house?

People seem to have a generally good opinion about them being laid back, nice, and chill - why are they rated as a bottom house?

Just means they don’t social with top houses quite as much. They may hang out with a top frat every other month while other sororities are doing that every other week. If you like the people in the house who cares where they rank.
