I love Phi Psi I think this house was the best choice for my bf. They were so welcoming when I came to visit and are always sweet and interested in showing myself and the other ladies a great time. Yes they may have issues but what house honestly doesn't they over come the issue and keep raging and making grades.

Top tier fraternity on Iowa's campus. Known for being very conservative and preppy. Very involved on campus and in the community. Phi delt and phi psi are known as being the 'top 2' houses on campus and are pretty big rivals. Phi psi is a little more put together while phi delt is known for throwing bigger parties.

Definitely one of the more popular houses on campus. Most guys come from money and are from Chicago or Des Moines. Very close with Theta, aphi, and chi O. Good parties, fun guys, and a nice house.

I personally like phi psi. yes, they aren't known to have killer parties, and they won't social with you unless you are in either theta or chi o, but these guys are cool and people know who they are on campus. definitely not low tier for sure.

I think they should definitely be higher up the totem poll. From an outsider perspective they have the classy rep, but I think they're traditionally overrated there... let's be honest. Also it seems like they're either in cliques or uninvolved so the brotherhood could improve, but definitely a solid house
