Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 4.6 This Fraternity stood out especially above Sig Ep and Sig Chi. They know how to party, and are gentlemen. Definitely have the best looking guys and their pledge class is the hottest.
