how does rushing work lol?!?

It would be super helpful and informative if someone could explain the entire rushing process from beginning to end. I was talking to a lot of girls at orientation and they were also confused about how rushing works! How do we sign up, where do we sign up, are we suppose to do anything before arriving to campus???
