Pi Phi was really selective this past recruitment since they want the best. They are some of the nicest girls, and don't want anything less in their organization. They've been underestimated in the past, but they've become really close with other top tier fraternities.

Pi Phi has a reputation for accepting everyone, which isn't a bad thing thing but people still seem to look down upon them. They have some truly great girls and they honestly have a strong sisterhood trust me I lived with one and her sisters were always there for her. What I'm trying to say is before judging Pi Phi because of the comments here why don't you just approach one and talk to her, I promise they'll be the sweetest girl you've ever met and will be happy to tell you anything about them.

Absolute bottom tier at QU. During formal recruitment I felt extremely awkward during Pi Phi's recruitment session. The girls were very awkward, unrelatable, and couldn't keep a conversation going. Hopefully they improve over the years
