What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

Is Phi Sig a local sorority?? None of my friends & I have ever heard of it until recently. We've all heard of ADPi, ChiO, GPhi, Zeta, etc.

Phi Sig isn't a local sorority, it just doesn't have as many chapters across the nation as the others.
