Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Illinois State University - ISU 2.8 these girls try so hard...most of them are just girls that couldn't get into a top house and just picked the closest they could get. they are a fun time but nothing special. I will admit they're doing better but not enough to push anyone out of top
