I used to really like DZ. However, I was pretty disgusted when I walked into a party and there were literally 3 girls caressing 1 guy. The other DZs there gave me dirty looks, while the Chi Os were super friendly to me. Had a few friends that dropped because it was over $1000 in one semester. Another DZ talked about transfers pretty awfully. Handful of nice girls, though.

extremely un-classy house. just look at how they treat other sororities-you guys couldn't be any more obvious about trolling other pages and constantly ranking yourselves. do way less because insecurity and desperation is NOT cute.

Honestly a really fun group a girls. My best girl friends are all DZ's. They don't care about hanging out with boys in top houses only. They go to exchanges and throw down no matter what.

This house is going downhill and fast. Sure they may look like they have it all together, but that house is fulled with so much cattiness and drama no wonder half their girls drop within the first few weeks. Holding a conversation with them is like talking to a box of rocks

DZ always recruits well and everyone who's in it seems to love it so for that it seems fun. I know a lot of chi os, zetas and dzs that get along great so it's not always true that there is a weird tension between them. I've met way more outgoing sorority girls in this house than they are given credit for. The only competition between those top houses is being alike so much that the same kind of PNMs want their houses and they fight for the hottest girls joining Greek life!
