Nah KA was renting from KSig nationals and we bought the lease from KSig now it’s ours. KA never owned it they were just renting from KSig we own it now and KA is renting from us for this year only.

Who TF said Pike is taking the white house?? The type of made up bull on this site is truly shocking. KS offered KA an opportunity to buy last year before fall started and they declined because the price tag was insane. KS will sit on it until an historic group with deep alumni pockets offers to take it from them. My bet is KS will be back in the house before long. If it wasn't for how historic it is it probably would've been sold by now.

It's all public record all you have to do is look it up. Based off of what I've seen there is nothing to support Pike owns the land or property located at 1842 Indianola Ave. All evidence points to Kappa Sig owning it.
I guess no one on this site who doesn't actually go to the fraternity will know that until next fall. KA is due to leave after this year.
