These types of posts are ridiculous. Nobody really knows them as a group yet. These kinds of posts are probably meant to sound like self-ranking on their part (but probably not).
They have no history of working together/hanging out together, etc.
They will probably lose some girls who are not prepared for the work involved, or just don't like it.
Give them time to get their act together.
