Of course they will be selective. The establishing first MC is crucial and they are not going to just take warm bodies who want some letters. They will be looking for girls who are ready to commit and be dedicated to establishing a sisterhood, not a frat dating service or stuff for their insta brand. They especially want older girls with maturity and leadership potential who have demonstrated they like to be involved and not just a name on a list.

I am not ADPi or PHA, just trying to help out the pnm's understand some actual facts. You should check out ADPi but they aren't going to take just anyone.

They will definitely be selective because it’s their establishing class, so if you dropped recruitment because you only got back bottom houses or think you’re better than the other houses doing COB, you might not get what you’re expecting. Not saying that because it’s something you specifically did, but a lot of people have that mindset so figured I would clear that up now
