top houses diversity??

im currently outside of PiPhi and I haven't seen any girls that look like me. i'm a POC and i seriously havent seen any POC at piphi, kappa, or theta and im starting to get worried. any poc girls in sororities, how are you treated???

I know some sororities have a DEI chair while others don't. If its something you are worried about I would ask tbh- having a DEI committee or VP is usually a good sign.
