strat rush question

I have read that the top strats already have which girls they will select during rush. How do they know who will rush and who they want before?

they just get a good idea of the girls they want but nothing is set in stone. don’t discourage any house you like as they are all fair game.

but how do they get a good idea of who they want prior to rush starting? how do they know who is rushing and like what do they base it on?
