The only chapters that matter
by: TruthEveryone know that the Top 6 at OSU are DKE (Sammy), Sigma Chi, Phi Psi, Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, and DG. They’ve had the iconic life styles for years and have had their member classes picked out years ahead with their Upper-scale Ohio/New York State prep school friends. Formerly it used to be 10 with Theta/Kappa/ATO/KSig but they’ve just fell too hard to come back especially Kappa and KSig.

explain "that matter" please. Are you claiming the other houses should be shut down? That somehow the hundreds of students in those chapters shouldnt be considered members of the greek system? Just looking for a little more clarification on what "matter" means. thanks.

Sig Chi, DKE, and Phi Psi all have about 100 members because they hate outsiders. While frats like Delt, SAE, APES, Beta, Theta Chi, PiKapp, etc have well over that because they have a fair rush and give every a guy a chance (but Delt and SAE will still make hard cuts because they know it will add to their desirability).

Ok, so you go from "they don't matter" to "well, they matter, they just aren't as exclusive". Big difference there.
Maybe you should try being an actual adult and stop acting like a middle schooler when discussing this stuff. Because you just look stupid and make yourself, and your chapter, look bad with these types of proclomations.

Some day, OP, when you grow up, you will see that there are tons of members of these chapters the "don't matter" that are friends with members of your exclusive chapters.
You will also see that while the chapters that "don't matter" aren't as sought after generally, they still get a lot of attractive, wealthy, smart, popular students.
Don't be like this. It is embarrassing.

everyone getting mad but that’s the reality. aoii literally got shut down bc they just didn’t cut it. everyone in the big10 wants to be an alpha phi or one of the campus two equivalents like osu pi phi and dg, michigan tri delt and sigma kappa, indianas pi phi and kappa, and mich state axo and xo. if you can’t handle that truth, just wait until you see what SEC girls and their mothers will say about their bottom chapters.

The chapters that are top and exclusive. Every college has top chapters so don’t even pretend like elitism doesn’t resist with Greek Life. The top frats literally cut like 90% of rushees because they had their PCs picked out before rush even started. The sororities also have the largest cuts because even puts them back on their list in hopes they can be in a top 3 sorority. Your chapter still matters but in the end attractive, rich, fun, top-of-top students won’t be joining it unless they have a problem with them.
