frat ranks with reason on each 2022

delt = pkp, sae

kdr = beta, fiji, zebe

• deke is probably gonna get better than sigma. sammy 2.0
• delt is good. i was a delt hater. they had their come up and deserved it.
• sae will take over pkp spot just not now
• apes got second string dke kids which was good bc dke did give out a lot of bids at all.
• ksig fell and will continue to fall, but still have the respect for their house and kids. just not parties and choices.
• pikapp is just there as a filler between high and mid. could honestly be lower or higher depending on how you like them and what sorority you’re in.
• theta chi and ato are copy paste frats but i just don’t like ato guys because they have to kick so many for very not so good things.
• acacia was dead before they even started. everyone will agree. everyone.
• kdr does average and im not gonna sit and pretend beta isn’t just the same. beta us just the non self rank version of kdr and neither of them are necessarily good.
• zebe and fiji are party frats who don’t know when to calm.
• the rest are bottom frats but phi tau and pilam and dsig have the SMALLEST amount of good in them.
