What’s happening to frats

Rising:
DKE- Getting the SAMMY vibes back and recruiting those top East Cost boys
Delt- Having good events this year and pulling/dating a lot of top sororities. PCs are getting better.
PiKapp- Not even rising much but is doing better than Acacia and ATO so they rise by default. Parties are getting a little better I’ll admit.
Staying the same:
Sigma Chi- Always be top for a little while. Most wanted and best reputation.
SAE- Good house, decent parties, just hasn’t done anything to rise or fall. Get lots of girls at stuff and they could rise if they do more.
APES- Doing the best for kicked off frats and parties and pairings are getting better. Can rise if they start do things to make them stand out.
Falling:
Phi Psi- Falling for now but they are coming back on campus soon and I feel like they are gonna redeem heavily so long as they get a nice house.
KSig- Kicked off longer and parties/sorority not having good turn out. Has to pair to be good. But at least they have a house unlike Phi Psi.
Acacia- Tried too hard this semester and it backfired.
