1) Phi Psi is actually irrelevant now that they don’t have the house
2) Delt is overrated, yet underappreciated
3) Once Acacia gets rid of their former TKE guys they’ll actually have enough good guys
4) Ksig, although maybe dying, actually has quality guys
5) ATO has fallen so hard from what it used to be
6) Sig Chi only gets hate bc they legitimately do everything right
7) Beta gets slandered too hard, their parties are actually enjoyable
8) Only thing holding Pi Kapp back is their annex
9) Theta Chi is on the come up, but very slowly. They won’t push upper mid for a while
10) KDR has dudes who are actually cool but they spend too much time worrying about what people think on this site
11) DKE are social climbers trying to compensate for what they were by using other frats that are actually relevant
12) SAE doesn’t do much wrong, just not enough personality at their parties
