So if sig chi is overrated, phi psi has no annex or house, dke is too new and irrelevant, ksig is kicked off and recruiting small, delt and sae aren’t quite at the top level and too hated, and acacia and apes are forever lower top. WHO TF IS TOP?

i think the lower tier frats are pinning them against school other so they can do a takeover
