Recruitment Mix up 2021

Last year Virtual recruitment was a mix up with some girls getting into strats they never would have in person recruitment.

Some quality girls got closed out of top strats they would have normally gotten into. You can see this in some of the lower tier PCs that's why it appears they are moving up.

Some girls who would have gotten dropped got into top spots. LOOK at some of them and you will see this...
I am scratching my head at some of the PC 2021 in top 3 strats

agree. 2021 PCs were off due to virtual recruitment.

Many of the girls in the 2021 MC would have never gotten a bid in previous years. Virtual recruitment was an opportunity for them to slide in and up. Esp the one on probation.

I disagree. I think 2020 was a great equalizer. It married up PNMs appropriately with their truest houses from a personality and virtue standpoint…when the superficiality of the in-person facade is removed people choose more wisely based on their principles. A year where the “top tier” got a reckoning beyond “pretty and popular” and they should be grateful. Those classes might be the best fit and most bonded in years.
