What Srats Have The Nicest House

Zta has the best house hands down.
Aphi, pi phi, dg all have similar classic houses.
Kappa house is pretty big, tri delt is kind of similar.
Kd and fuzzy, theta are eh and on the same level imo
AGD, chi o, gphi, axo are all pretty interchangeable with their houses
Aephi is big but dingy

some of the houses look cheap, worn inside and that doesn’t come across in videos. when u get inside it’s obv, a bit disappointing. some feel dormish (KKG). I liked the homey ones. Tri Delta is nice and feels new, well done, like a classy high end house. Theta is very pretty outside and inside feels homey but could use an update. Pi Phi is ok, DG nice. the house is a part of the decision if ur torn betw 2.

Agree w the cheap comment and I know who u mean. The top tier ain’t tops in house dept. I want an upgrade from a dorm and not a dump.
