The Tri delt house does not have dormers. The upper floors were renovated over the summer and early fall. They also now have AC and sprinklers. Just FYI.

Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, and Zeta for sure!
None of the houses are bad there’s just a lot that have a little bit more mature (more like what someone’s mom would decorate as opposed to the actives) style. In which case those are AXO, DZ, GPhi, AEPhi, and AOPi
