NOTES THESE ARE PREDICTIONS
Top: KSig, Sig Chi/DKE (interchangeable), Phi Psi
I feel like KSig might be top one just because of determined they are being kicked off and they have been rushing pretty hard. People are gonna clown on them but they’ll throw down. Sig Chi and DKE obviously aren’t going anywhere anytime soon and continue to have good parties. Phi Psi is probably gonna have a slight rough patch with current stuff but it won’t do much harm to them honestly.
Lower Top: APES, SAE, Acacia, Delt
APES is gonna do the best in this tier and SAE is getting better pledges so they are doing well. Acacia is like the low version of KSig the way they are determine to prove they’re too but still will do pretty good. Delt probably isn’t gonna be spectacular but they have the potential.
Mid: PiKapp, ATO, Theta Chi
Honestly PiKapp had the potential but never takes it. Will stay mid. Same with ATO but PiKapp does it better. Theta Chi is where is starts getting a little low.

Idk supposedly they have the old phi Delt house for spring but I’ll believe when I see it; otherwise they’re 100% below sig chi right now

All the old Sammy kids are not in Dke and they have no house… They aren’t top tier and will set back.
