Top: Sig Chi - On Campus, throw down, huge Ohio Presence and Srats love them
Kappa Sig - Great Parties and very connected, nice house
Phi Psi - Very good parties but wont have a house soon so dropping a few spots
DKE - On campus Sammy, huge east coast influence and good parties
Delt - from all over and throw a decent amount
Upper Mid : SAE - Always in trouble but decent parties and great annex
Acacia - Strange mix with 3 old frats involved but still throw good parties most of the time
Apes - Second String to DKE but still get quality guys and decent parties
PiKapp - Decent Parties, no good annex but willing to throw on 15th
Mid: ATO - Would be higher but rarely throw big events, share house with pilam
Theta Chi - Also dont throw many parties but quality guys
KDR - Nice house for now and throw a decent amount
Beta - Insane house but still some weird kids and not great events
Lower: Fiji - Lowkey have the best location for an annex ever on 15th

You must not know what’s been happening huh? Sammy doesn’t exist anymore, Phi Psi lost their house, and Apes has national support. Kappa Sig had dismal recruitment and all the other off campus frats are dying quickly, it makes sense they’re going to fail soon

K Sig’s last spring pledge class had like less than 20 kids with some that dropped. Unless they recruit well this year, it might be a done deal for them.

Is there a reason why some frats like Apes have their Nationals support to operate off campus while others like Phi Psi or Sammy don't?
I got to say, that's pretty chill of Apes nationals to allow them to operate.

I think the whole Apes vs. DKE/Sammy thing is interesting.
DKE/Sammy probably should be ranked over them, but I've spent enough time with guys from both frats that I can safely say this: The top half of Apes guys is equal to the top half of DKE/Sammy. It's really the back half of each frats guys that separates them.
I guess to put it simply: DKE/Sammy has more depth. The coolest guys from each frat are basically equal. It's just that with Apes, once you get beyond that half of their frat, you begin to see the more nerdy and not as socially inclined types (who I should add are total sweeties and probably some of the smartest people in the Greek community. They just don't fit the bill of "cool" frat guys).

Why might they be dead? Like why would ksig die when Sammy and phi psi (and even apes) have been off campus and fine?
