NEW RANKINGS - EXPLANATIONS INCLUDED

Things switched up last year. these are the newest rankings for upcoming year. straight line, explanations included.
pi phi (got the most top pnms last year, their probation is over so girls started to relax more. passed up aphi.)
aphi (did okay during recruitment. dropped slightly but still doing good. the newer pc’s are very average.)
theta (great recruitment, always been a solid chapter just needs to work on media. gorgeous house.)
dg (interchange with kd now. per the last few posts, dg dropped and aphi/theta/kd got most of their desired girls.)
kd (okay recruitment, good for a few years then starts to drop but good chapter. dropped slightly because of their housing situation and how girls were lied to about it)
fuzzy (above tri delt for now because tri delt also doesn’t have their house atm. some cute girls and some okay)
tri delt (solid chapter, nice girls. house will be nice)
zeta (beautiful house, been on the rise and definitely above kappa. great recruitment)
chi o (girls are mostly fun, need to update their house though. solid mid tier)
kappa (girls are sweet from what i hear but they have had a rough past few recruitments)
axo (mid to lower bottom, more inclusive than most srats, average elsewise)
agd (don’t hear a lot about these girls, mostly drama free from what i hear)
dz (interchange with agd, some cool girls and okay house)
gpi/ aephi/ aopi (these houses are very similar vibes, the most inclusive and genuine out of the srats.)
