Can someone explain why DKE is top all of a sudden?

They arent. Was Sammy but not all of the former Sammy guys went dke and yeah no house. These ranks will fix themselves come fall

So what you're saying is, there's basically going to be three different Sammy's next year?

1) The current members of their underground frat that go over to DKE

2) The underground frat members who don't go DKE

3) The officially recognized Sammy that recolonizing next year

Am I wrong? Seems really confusing for everyone

Not in sammy but most of the people that would be throwing are in DKE. Old sammy kids will probably just go to their friends parties and new sammy will likely be kids who don’t get apes/zbt bids.
