Apes recolonizing?

I read that AEPi is recolonizing at OSU for next semester. I'm curious to know what that means for the existing members of "Apes"?

In the past, fraternity nationals often start fresh. Meaning they don't want any affiliation with the members involved with the underground version of their chapter that was operating on an unofficial capacity.

Does anyone know if that's the deal with the current members of Apes? Or is their nationals working with them towards the recolonization process?

Apes already is backed by their nationals just not the school. No frat would want to go from off campus back to on campus lmao

It appears I misread something and it's actually Sammy recolonizing. My question remains the same: What happens to the current members of the unofficial version of Sammy?
